This past summer my family moved from Hampton Roads to Bloomsburg, PA for a job opportunity. A couple weeks ago I decided to start a blog to document my outings and to post news reports from around the Susquehanna River region. To my surprise the domain name "susquehannafishing.com" was not taken. Well, it is up and online now...

A few of us are working on a new business venture that will help to organize the entire angling community along the Susquehanna River (Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New York). It will cater to everyone interested in the region's fishing and boating opportunities. The project will expand upon the SusquehannaFishing.com (SusquehannaFishing.com (http://susquehannafishing.com/)) blog. As an accompaniment we have started a forum also (susquehannafishing (http://s6.invisionfree.com/susquehannafishing)). Our goal is not only to organize the community, but also to help promote local and regional outdoor businesses, and educate the community on ideal fishing techniques while preserving the river as a vital natural resource.
Once I have recieved all the licensing material the official announcement wil be made.

Once I have recieved all the licensing material the official announcement wil be made. I live in Venice FL. now but I miss the Susquehanna River. I fished that river hard for 25 years. Maybe I shouldn't horne-in on you Susquehanna boys. LOL! I removed most of my post.
