Just bought a 15' Jon Boat to play in the river, and want to install a depth finder. What is the best way to install a transducer on the transom? I don't really want to drill a hole in the aluminum if I don't have to.............

I have a portable finder, it has a suction cup you put on, works real well, Hummingbird makes it. Got it at boatersworld on pulaski hiway, 89.00 Has everything on it you need, temp depth, shows stucture also. Works on batteries, last a long time also, real good bargain, you can also mount it pemantly if you want to. If you need more info email me Fjlittle@aol.com Frank
