I have a submersible watertight light that I need to get into. The bulb is not burnt out but has somehow come out of its connector.
Is there a way to get into these sealed housings without screwing the whole thing up and having to put in a new one?

An old friend used a dremel to cut around the lens. Put a new bulb in the socket, then run super glue around the rim...put the two bits back together, then run a bead of silicone over the joint to seal it. It was water tight and worked properly. His light was one of the oval ones, may be different from yours. Good luck!

Get a pair of Dry Launch lights ... I had them on a trailer for over twenty years and never had a lamp failure after 100's of launches. Simple and cheap ... sealed is the wrong approach, bc they always leak. See below:

Good luck,
