Friday - took a run from Lee Ave down to LI and saw quit a few schools of finger mullet in the surf for the first time, especially as I got closer to the Inlet.
Sun/Mon - fished cut finger mullet in the Lee Ave area for a couple of hours after the afternoon high tide each day (~5:00 to 7:00) hoping the NE wind might push in a puppy drum. Other than bait stealers, only had one decent hit but no hook up.
