US Marine engines

I have a 460 Ford that was marinized by US Marine. Does anyone have any info on this engine/company ?

US marine is no longer around... chrysler was the original...then US marine bought them out and then mercury bought US marine.....their outboards were the Force brand.....i have a 1990 US marine 120 Force ob....crappy engine lol

The US Marine gas inboards and they also did a diesel inboard wer'nt bad motors. The diesel was a very good running motor. We still have a customer with a 33 bayliner that has the 7.4s in it. they still run good and although we have worked on them we've done nothing out of the ordinary for thier age and hours.
I will agree the Force motors were junk.

Thanks, I have 800 hours on mine with no problems at all yet. I just want to be ready if there is ever a problem. I found all of the drawings at Doug Russell Marines site but getting parts like the one piece exhaust manifolds are out of the question. I imagine I can cross reference parts .
