I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night, best advice I can give you is it would come in handy if you run out of toilet paper.

From a turd's perspective...
You must have a striped bass allocation on your license to be able to keep ANY rockfish commercially. This allocation has a surcharge which must be paid annually in addition to the regular license fee. If you don't have the allocation, you must go on a waiting list to receive one. If you have the allocation, you must tag any fish caught and take them to an authorized check station to be recorded on your permit card. You also have to fill out a logbook and report monthly to the DNR.

Sounds like a TFL (with Rockfish alocation) It would be worth 10K.

When you get your card it will tell you your endorsments. If it has Rock endorsment it is worth well over 10K. Your a lucky dog. PS. Your supposed to apprentice for a license, get hours and signatures of 3 captains with 2 or more years exp. So if this thread drops off.... Let it. ;-) You may have come into a nice winter paycheck just in time. Have fun with it and be safe. Oh, and be sure to read the regs on it or "they" can strip it away from you.

AND...if it's like the other endorsements, you must keep it for a minimum 3 years before DNR will let you sell it.
