My past crabbing experience tells me that the season is pretty much done by Halloween. And by the looks of the weather, I may not get out again this season. I stayed in last weekend bcuz of the weather, and I'm really hoping to get out this weekend (please weather gods). I pulled the latest marine forecast..UGGHHHHHHH

Looks doable to me. But then I'll be in a 22' Judge. Launching at 07:00 tomorrow regardless of what the forenecasters say!!! Right Capt. Dale!!!!

Might have to deal w/ some wind and a shower or two but at least it won't be nearly as cold or raw as last weekend.

This will be our our last trip for 2009.
Beth just hates it when the water comes up over the bow;-)

As of 6:58 pm, I'm a go for tomorrow, wind or no wind. My spot is in pretty open water but is shielded from the south winds. Now off to the store to find some chicken necks. Looking to be in 10 to 15? Good luck to all who venture out.

It's definitely OK avec moi, howsoever, I am not the Cap't. on this trip. Judging on his ripe old age, he's probably in between the sheets by this time. If I were you Dave, (Thank God for huge favors!), I'd show up with a basket for your crabs. There's plenty of room on the good ship "Jeanne" for you. BTW.... You don't chum on crabbing trips, do you?;-)
You can have some of the crabs off my line....... I need only 9 baskets.:D
