Not sure why I can't figure this one out but is there a ML season in King and Queen County? If you read condition #39.
It shall be lawful to use muzzleloading
rifles for deer and squirrels during the
regular seasons. Do they consider ML season regular season?

ML is a special season once gun opens it is illegal then.

I guess the "Regular Season" wording doesn't help with clearing this up. Because it is regular squirrel season at the same time as ML season in that county isn't it? If it is a regular season then per #39 ML are unlawful? It would surely seem reasonable that if it was legal to shoot a ML this month why not let a guy carry it during regular firearm season next month?

Seems they could figure out a better way to explain the regs? Have you ever tried to figure out the WVA Lic? Now that's a treat....:eek2:

The early muzzleloader season came in October 31st, but you can also use a muzzleloader after the regular gun season comes in. So you can hunt with a muzzleloader in King and Queen County from Octover 31st until January 2nd.
