looking for anything from a 25-50 2 stroke
any suggestions on where to look or does anyone have any offers?

2 stroke or 4? Good luck finding a new 2 stroke in that size, Yamaha is about the last company still making them this year. I was looking for a replacement 2stroke 50 for my aluminum bass boat...but ended up justbuying a bigger boat [grin]
Some of the dealers I talked to said they are starting to see a lot more used 2 strokes rolling in as people convert to 4 stroke.
You may be able to find some good deals on some used motors.

Almars treated me well . They have new, used, rebuilt, leftovers, etc. I bought a left over 225OptiMax last year.
No sales tax in DE too[wink]

Sounds like from your post your looking for a used engine.... Try Budget Boats. They usually give a warranty of 30 days......... better than from a private source.

I have a used 25 that I will be selling. 97' Johnson remote. Just serviced and runs great.
