Can anyone provide feedback on Carlisle radial trailer tires ST225/75R15 LRC? I had one fall apart today. I am picking up on the internet that Carlisle tire are not that good. Any recommendations for a good radial trailer tire? Thanks[sad]

I see you are in Chesapeake so I would say just run on over to Portsmouth Trailer Sales and they will fix you up. I don't remember the brand but it's one that comes on most trailers (not carlisle). I just recently replaced a 14" radial on my trailer for about $53.00 because the drum brakes locked up and flat-spotted the old one.

Thanks guys. I took the trailer to Portsmouth Trailer Supply today. The Carlisle tires are coming off ( less than 1000 miles) and Tow Master are going back on. That was the recommendation of Portsmouth Trailer. Called Carlisle and expressed my safety concerns. They agreed to reimburse me for 2 tires.

Been using Tow Masters for years and no problems. Tow back and forth of OI and Rudee from the Yorktown area. Keep the sun off them when not using the trailer and treat them with 303 Protectant. Don't use stuff that folks use on their car tires to make them look wet.

Just put a set of Gopodyear Marathons on.Love them!Cheapest price was [TheTireRack.com].Its helps that I mount and BALANCE my own Tires[cost wise].
