I'm going out tomorrow afternoon with my brother in law on his boat...it should be an adventure. (I come out of the Piankatank) He's on Whiting Creek, just below Urbanna. I'd take him out to Fleets Bay, but it might as well be the middle of the Atlantic to him. His comfort range is Garretts to DVL. For those of you that have had good luck since the storm on the Rapp, I'd sure appreciate any inel. If we do any good, I'll post tomorrow night. Thanks

Mouth of the Rap may be good based on the previous reports of birds from Stingray to Windmill.

I fished the river last sunday without a bite. Went to the bay and had some luck. It's hard to say since almost a week has gone by??????? Last year the river was hot all season. All you can do is try

Fished today and went north of Windmill. More gannetts than I have ever seen in one place. Lots of nice fish to 39". If the weather permits, I would venture up toward Fleets Bay and over to 59A.

Thanks everybody. I've always liked between 8 and Greenvale and have spent a fair amount of time in Fleets Bay this season. Nice to hear bigger fish in Fleets. We'll be coming out of Whiting Creek around noon. I'll be on 68 too...Rockit

I've been running all parachutes singles way back, then 2 umbrellas 1 green 1 white then 2 12-8 tandem green and white 20-12 tandems and 36-6 tandems it really hasn't mattered on the color they've hit both colors equally. The fish I've found move maybe 2 or 3 miles aday north or south laying right on the edges.
