Has anyone been up there lately. I am thinking next week with my couple of days off to give it a go. Any recommendations or ideas on the fishing?

Could be pretty muddy with dam repair going on. Please take lots of pictures. I'm eager to try the lower river for all the walleye and smallmouth that will wash in once the repairs begin in earnest.

Will do. I heard about the dam project too but did not know if it has actual started or not.
