I'll get this started because I know a lot of you are still cleaning fish.... we were in the water around 8:30 and chased some birds around Garretts with no luck. Moved on down to #13 found lots of birds and some bait but all scattered. We ended up picking up 4 fish, 2 for the box largest being a fat 26". Back in the barn by 12:30, my son had homework to finish. Nice day on the water.
Sounds like a couple of our board members were putting on a big fish fishing clinic down river from me. Nice job guys.

Rappangler heard you on the Radio. We had a busy day catching over 25 before 1pm but we lost the 3 big fish we hooked up. We had that big fish jinz today but fish8r like always caught his fair share of Big ones and a couple of guys Josh and I have taken under our wing at Remlik showed off with a 40, 41 and 44 inch fish. The bite will only get better as I think some of those big fish caught NE of Windmill Wed and Thurday and at the mouth of the river yesterday will be easing up the Rapp. We had fish with sea lice on them today and the 46 and 46. 5 inch fish I heard caught today are no residents. Like alway you had the guys that we'rent catching hollaring BS on the size and number of fish but I know Fish8r had a 46.5 and our friends on the Foey Chin had some big ones and showed them when called out and sometimes when they weren't called out. them guys need humility lessons today. Heads are so swollen they will have to walk home tonight becuase they cant get them swollen heads in their vehicals to drive home. We'll be back put Wed with the Philips crew tryng to knock out a nice limit with some topping material for show.

Bobby thanks for the compliments had a great day saturday was great too.Rappangler it was great talking to you and your son.Big fish weighed in officially at 46.5 inches 42.2 ounces nice for the riverBigger fish are coming.
Nice fish! What did you catch the 46.5 on.Going out Friday would like to know what they are hitting on? Thanks.

All my fish came off tandem rig parachutes and umbrella rigs with 2 parachute trailers white or chartruse shads worked well

do you use planer boards in the rap or is it too small of an area with tomany boats to doit without a cluster. They worked great in the potomac and in the bay so far this fall.

I use planer boards during the week some but it,s to crowded and the river is to narrow for the weekends for me
Were they 9" shads or 4-6" shads?
