I haven't been down there in years, but I've done real well around the deep water pilings of the bridge during this time of year. Is anyone fishing this area with success?

I will be down on wednesday and may try there first. I have a 28 bertram and have not been that way. Is there enough water there? How is the river coming up from stove point?

When I fished there we launched from the Md side at the marina above the bridge so we didn't travel far. Water in the channel is over 50 ft deep. I recently looked at charts and it gets shallow near the Va shore.
