Met up with Kevin and Neil and arrived at Deltaville around 8am. Ran out of the Rap and started trolling just north of Windmill Light. Fish ON! and a nice 27 inch fish lands in the box. Ran up to 62 and caught several 11 to 12 inch fish on 6 inch stormbrellas Greedy little bast%$ds :D Managed to put 3 18 to 22 inch fish in the box. Headed out east of 59 and saw scattered gannets hitting the water. Awesome to watch their high speed dives into the water. Even more amazing were the miles of bait we marked on the fish finder. Trolled a bit and WHAM! one of our far out rods is screaming!! Kevin grabbed the rod and after a short but exciting fight we boat a 38 inch fish. We tried to contiue trolling but the wind had kicked up and the waves were reaching 3 to 4 feet so we called it a day. Thanks to Neil (phishfinder) for another awesome day of fishing out of Deltaville and congrats to Kevin Smith on a nice fish!

We fished around 58 early. Like you we marked a ton of bait and saw scattered gannets doing there head smash thing, but got no knockdowns. Joined the stampede south and caught tons of little 20-24" fish with the fleet. How about that empty freighter that ran up the west side of the Bay well outside the cut channel. Must have been drawing <35 feet.
