need some advice fellow anglers

hey guys,

im a very experienced fisherman from virginia, me and some buddies are gonna bring our 21ft privateer down to key west for a week in january. its a center console with a tower and riggers, i have no clue what is in season or what i should fish for.

any advice on what is in season and the best way to target these species would be greatly appreciated
