I have a beaver pond that may be up for lease for next season. It is around 10 acres with a extra 25 acres that could be hunted with some restrictions. This land/pond is located in Southern Prince George Virginia. The amount of $1000 must be paid no latter than Feburary 1st each year and a maxiumn of 5 hunters which must have insurance to cover them if they were to get hurt. Theses ponds hold wood ducks/geeses early in the season with larger ducks in the latter part of December ( depending on the weather ) I will know by Christmas if these ponds are available.
