Capt Skip, welcome to the dark side of fishing! You're gonna love the SOT for fishing.
Here are some pics of a rigged Perception Bimini.

Now you just gotta figure out how to hook up the Yamaha F225 to the yak.[grin]

Yo, nice looking yak! NG's yak is ugly but he catches a hell of alot of fish out of it. You are going to have some fun now!

I didn't even know perception had a line of "fishing kayaks". I had to go to their website to see what you were talking about. Did you get it new? What dealer? Should be fast as 15 ft.

Sorry for not being here more but I have been very busy.
I bought the Bimini from Ocean Adventures in Chincoteague. It is new and very nice. I got to paddle tonight and feel it pretty fast but don't have much to compare to. Just learning how to paddle straight is tough. Plan is to paddle a few mornings for a week or two before actually trying to fish. After a half hour of paddleing I called it anight. I then collected 5 differant species of submerged grasses which has taken over our cove. Looking forward to adding a depthfinder.
