Anyone tried this rockfish recipe?

We went to a wedding reception last night. They had 2 whole deep fried rockfish. I have done turkeys that way but never thought about doing fish. It tasted wonderful.:D

Was it battered or just put in whole.

Ever had whole crispy Thai flounder? Damn good! Probably could do the same with rock.

When I get a chance, I plan to talk to the chef to see how he did it. It looked like it was lightly battered.
