I hit the Lesner bridge yeserday at 4:30am. Striper and big blues were biting non stop until the sun went down. The last blue I had was around 30". I didn't measure him because I just wanted that biting sucker out of my kayak. When the sun came up I got some flounder with one nice keeper at 20". Also a few more striper and blues. I packed it in at 9 and met my wife and kids down the at Chix Beach for some fun in the sun. Went home after lunch sunburnt. Pretty good day if you ask me!

Tom, sounds like a great morning. Those big Blues seem to be setting up shop at the bridge this summer, all you need is a outgoing current and no sun and your set. I'm going to try it again this week sometime after if the weather will cooperate.
