Seems there were some kayaks stolen from the Willoughby Day Camp. I think they said 4 were found on the beach nearby by a construction guy and returned but there are still some missing. They didn't give a description, but the ones returned were a mix of Old Town Loons and Ocean Kayaks. If you see any out of place kayaks in the area call the police.
