I am looking to buy about 100 eel pots this spring...anyone know where i could buy pots or if anyone is trying to get rid of some??

They are not hard to make and a fun winter project.
Most use 1/4 '' galv. hardware cloth ( screen ). Cut it roughly 24 inches - this gives you an 8 inch tube. Secure with hog rings.
Sew three funnels from sail canvas and stitch them in place.
Last one gets tied shut.
DNR used to have a handout showing the steps. Very simple to make them.
