If you goto the Springriver in Annapolis

you probably can rent one. They will apply the rental fee torwards a purchase. Call ahead of time to see if they have a T140 you can paddle.

You might want to consider getting the regular T-14 and rigging it yourself. That way you can tailor it around your needs.

I live in NoVA and drove to Farmville to see the large selection at Appomattox River. Left with a Tarpon 140.

imho, i would not spend the money on the angler package. but do spend the money on the rudder.
i have to say the guys at springriver in annapolis matched the price of the t140 at appomatox for me! and i picked it up after work in rockville. can't beat that. but if you want to try them you really should trek to annapolis, they have the sea/rec/sporting boats, rockville mainly has whitewater.

I bought my Tarpon 140 at Appomattox River Company (ARC) in Kiln Creek (Tabb, Va). Good price when compared to others on the Internet.
Just hoping that Wilderness gets their re-structuring done soon and gets the web site straightened out.[grin]
