Splashed the kayak in the Patapsco again this Saturday. Fished from 7AM-11AM. Caught about 5 or 6 Stripers trolling a Storm lure. A couple were 18"+. It was much slower compared to last Saturday. I could not get any to hit while jigging Bass Assassins.
