Getting this out now as we like to get our deposits from all members and lock down our farms by mid-March.

Club in QA county may have 1-2 openings on a 550 acre farm includes: goose pit and a duck pond.
We are actively practicing QDM so no small bucks to be killed. And limit on Doe's.

Rules are Simple: no driving across farmers fields, no littering, no guests.

Costs is $1876.00 per member for the 2010 season.

Attached is a few pics of the kind of bucks we have seen or taken on the farm in the 2009 season.

Serious Inquiries ONLY. 50% deposit by March 1.

i'm very interested. what is the pollicy on bringing guests? my wife hunts with me occasionally. i can swing the $1876 but definately cant afford to pay that twice. i am a very responsible hunter. i live on KI and hunt private land in sudlersville and tolchester. i have a lease outside of easton but the deer just dont come thru my piece of woods so i'm not renewing for 2010

Sorry Chuck, been busy during the weekend. Currently your #3 In line for spots. PM me with your # and let's talk on Monday.

Just to be clear, as long as your wife doesn't have a weapon and will just be sitting with you it would be allowed.

I hunted with Bella Rock (and I'm sure all the guys on this lease) during the '08-'09 season. Just a great group of guys, I can't say enough good things about them. So if the terms and the dollars are acceptable to you, I think you'll be happy hunting with them. Just a quick character reference.

The no guest policy is tough for some to swallow but it solves so many problems before they arise.
I'm in a club like that and it works very well. Good luck.

I got some friends that pay over $4500.00 per yer to hunt between the Marriott ranch and a lease in QA Co. They all want a rack. I'm 57 and have all the mounts I want and only hunt for food. I could probably find you some victims..............I mean hunters:clap::clap:...................Gary
