It is VERY tough for watermen right now. It has been getting harder and harder for a long time but the writing has been on the wall. Any vehicle can only go so far before it breaks down and if you ride it to the end without necessary repairs, you will be stranded. The Bay needs help BAD and a plan has been put in place. Preparations should have been made a long time ago for this day but thank God this day has come. WE need to save the Bay. A waterman can save himself. I have a construction business and I have to save myself too. It's not easy......................Gary
