Janes Island/Crisfield, MD Road Trip

I've talked to a couple of guys on the board about making a road trip to Janes Island this October. Just making this post to see if anyone else is interested in meeting up. Maybe we can get a big flotilla going.

The weekend of October 22nd works best for me. Could possibly do the week before or after if there are lot of other people that want to go a different weekend.

There is camping at Janes Island State Park

I've fished the Tangier Sound from boat in October with decent success. But I've never fished the area from kayak but have read other posts that fishing in the Janes Island area can be good in October.

I may be interested. I have a commitment to get out of, but I should be available. I checked and there are no cabins available so it will be roughing it at the park or a motel. LMK for sure about the date.

I'm still gonna try to hit Janes Island/Crisfield in a couple of weeks. After talking to a couple of people looks like the weekend of Oct 15th may work better.

Steve, I probably will drive down Friday try to get some Friday evening fishing in, fish all day Saturdy and fish some Sunday morning before heading back.

Let me know if anyone is interested in meeting the weekend of Oct. 15.
