Ooooohhhhh I cant imagine a big Rooster Fish just outside the surfline on a Yak...man that sounds like fun...or a huge Snook...Tarpon...or hell even a Sailfish...

That's the plan. At least the rooster or snook. No tarpon on the Pacific (very rarely one finds its way through the canal) and a sail would be quite a paddle. Of course I could hitch a ride on a center console and sneak up on one sunning on the surface.

There are plenty of rentals but they're not open during prime fishing hours.
