here here,It's about time someone in goverment looked at a goverment agency and said this is not right and needs to be fixed.Lets hope Mr. Jones follows through.

How about this new twist.
All bottom fishing closing past 95 foot. Those guys take their job serious. It will take years to undo what they are messing up.
