been fishing the shallows out to about 15ft in the south river near ramsey and above to the bridge (both sides) in the yak. last weekend netted about 6 sublegal-up tp 17.5 inch all on rts and silver spoons and storms. The perch basically are hammering anything with flash. Here many reports of surface action, i have been using a small creek chub popper but no luck-anyway with the temperatures holding i'll be out again. any suggestions on the surface-i guess i thought that earlier was better now i am wondering whether it is tide/current related, any thoughts?
