Either rent space for trailer and boat or slip and leave it in the water.

I'm sure Teach's Lair, Hatteras Harbor, or Oden's Dock have room in Hatteras Village. That would minimize your trailer time assuming you want to fish out of Hatteras Inlet.

Teach's has parking across the street from the marina, and there is a storage yard in Frisco that rents spots to park a boat. I am not sure, but I think the storage yard wants you to rent the spot yearly, but on the other hand, it doesn't cost much. I think my fishing buddy was paying $55 a month--if you fish Hatteras very often and have much of a tow, it's worth it. I don't think there is any room for long term parking at either Oden's or Village.
