I don't follow the boating section so if this has already been cover excuse my mistake.
With all the automotive recall talk I did some research on boats and found this site:

I was surprised to see the number of marine related recalls ----including a lot of boat manufactures I know are popular in the Bay.
Might be worth a look to see if you own one of these products or if you are buying a used boat or motor you might want
to make sure any recall has been corrected.
