I Fished the Caroll Island Power Plant from 3-5pm lookin for the man in striped pajamas.No luck.But I did run into a school of breaking White Perch 9=10in/long herding minnows into a backwater slough.I managed about a dozen releases to every 3 bites.A few Yellows showed up to.The highlight of the evening was when about a 25#carp jumped straight up in the air right in front of the Kayak. Da-Deet Da-Deet...That's all folks.
Sounds like you had a great day. It killed me to have to work on such a pretty day for January[sad].

WTG, thanks for the report! I may hit the Patapsco/Hanover St on Monday. I will make another post once we decide what time and to see if anyone wants to join us.

My usual fishing "Days" are Tues.& Sunday..I also fish in the evenings locally as time permits.
