Please use this thread for the development of the snoodfest Menu & Signup. This thread will be edited as the Menu develops. Signup early as we are limited to 140 by hall size

Available onsite will be kitchen facilities (Small) & Outdoor Grill (large)

Sugested menu items :
Burgers, hot dogs, sausages or other items for the grill. There were some real good items on the grill in past years…. Such as: Italian sausages, seasoned pork loin, goose breast with jalapeno & bacon, bacon wrapped venison tenderloin to name a few. Condiments will be available.
Appetizers- there were too many to remember all of them, but there were old bay wings & hot wings, & various cheese platters & other assorted appetizers, BBQ & chili, meatballs of several different kinds, homeade crab soup & seafood stew.
Salads- several different types of homeade salads, Macaroni , Potato, Slaw, Etc.
Deserts -My favorite- too many to list & all very good
Anything else that may be your specialty

Chincoteague Oysters & Clams--again let us know how many are wanting so we can obtain enough ($$we pitch in for these$$)

We ask that you signup in advance & let us know what you are bringing & also let us know if you would like oysters & clams so that enough can be obtained for all.

Jerry - A friend of mine (Bill Casey) will probaly be coming with me so put me down for two - I'll be bring Goose Breasts marinated in Apple Cider for the grill. I will be eating Oysters and Clams and anything else that looks good! Bill Casey eats O's and Clams as well! I also have already VOLUNTEERED to be Chuck the Shucker outside as usual - typically we need at least two more volunteers to shuck O's.

I will be bringing several signs and goose decoys for the AUCTION (I assume that is still on???) as well as crab related signs for sale.
