Had the day off so I chartered Capt Blake Hayden for a speck/pup trip. The unusually cold water temps made for a grind, which Capt. Blake predicted when I called, but we managed seven or eight pups and four specs including my first ever. Bull Isl. Anglers Club pres., Craig Freeman was able to join us today. You'll notice how my drum looks like he could eat Craigs.:)) Capt. Hayden with Right Tide Charters is a fun, knowlegable, captain, with a great attitude and I'd highly recommend him if you'd like to target these fish.
