Packed up the truck headed south to Alabama to pick up my brother fished in his pond 21 bass not a bad start. left for Florida the next morning, got to tampa bay 8 hours later unloaded the yak and his homemade pero cajun style boat and went sight fishing, wow how much fun all kinds of snooks and reds 2 hours of fishing we hooked 7 snook boated 4 they sure fight hard!
Remember the wind in March, fish at night or first light . Will post pictures when I get them developed.

Where did you fish in Tampa?

Southwest of the skyway bridge the first evening. tried sarasota we got bluefish, ladyfish a small gag grouper. The rest of the week we fished Stump pass area. We got some more snook some trout and two jacks all kinds of fish mostly in catfish creek area If you need more specifics give me a call (302-250-1470)

I like Cockroach Bay and the area outside Bull Frog Creek. I havent tried the bridge, but I hear itis a good plce to catch lots of different fish.
