willoughby bay question

Just wondering if anyone has ever caught any flounder/trout or puppy drum back inside willoughby bay by the bridge pillings / docks before, looks like a good spot to try, but never heard much about it before. Just wondering , thanks in advance for any advice on this area.

I have fished that during the day and at night, not much love though. The bridge area is more productive.
