Caught this beauty on Johnson's Pond in Salisbury, MD.. .this pond in by my house, so I can walk the kayak to the water with little effort... Love fishing in a yak...

I caught this fish on a bagley, bluegill bream crankbait. I use the super shallow runner... 0-1 foot... At the time, I was just thinking, I have caught several pike on this lure but no bass... then... bam ... good sized bass.. caught the fish at 7:20pm... Bought the bait at our local Gander Mountain... Hope this helps.

thanks good people... if anyone is interested in fishing Johnson's Pond in Salisbury, just let me know... I live on the pond... so it is easy to fish or paddle... fishing has really picked up lately... I even have a couple of extra kayaks if you need one... just be aware, I am a real beginner with all this.. so... let me know..
