Bow Pulpit and Windlass

I want to install a windlass on my 25 Maycraft PH. Know where I can find a fiberglass bow pulpit or have one made in the Hampton Roads area? Butler marine up in Pa. makes them, around $500 bucks list price. Any ideas?
