Come and hear Wyoming guide and author Jack Dennis, Artist CD Clark, former head of Maryland DNR Fisheries and PA Fish Commissioner Dr. Bob Bachman, Underwater OZ, Brandon himself, and a bunch of other top flight fishing and conservation personalities. Along with 80 other vendors and non-profit exhibitors, Brandon will also be showing his Lateral Line array of fishing apparel at his table on the main floor. Indoor casting classes and demos; over 50 silent auction items, including 20 trout, warm water, and salt water guided trips; good books for fly fishers; many activities and exhibits especially for parents and kids. Now in its 3rd decade, the National Capital Angling Show is the oldest fly fishing show in the nation. This year’s Show is loaded with nationally-recognized fly-fishing luminaries who will inform, teach and inspire you. Come meet, and learn from, the pros! An all-volunteer effort by avid TROUT UNLIMITED anglers who support and enjoy working for fisheries conservation. All Show proceeds go to fisheries conservation and education projects.

1:30p-4:00p: MASTER CLASS with JACK DENNIS: World-renowned Idaho fly fishing guide, author and instructor Jack Dennis will conduct a 2 ½ hour Master Class indoors at the Hanley Center, Georgetown Preparatory School, with video-taped personal instruction and analysis. Each participant will receive a video of their casting session with critique and a Jack Dennis instructional casting DVD valued at $45. Maximum of eight participants; not suitable for beginners. Bring your own rod and reel. Fee $100.

These 2 ½ hour personal instruction clinics tailored to individual needs will improve fly casting fundamentals, troubleshoot casting problems and will include specialty casting techniques as requested. Bring your own rod and reel. Fee $75.

Each participant will receive a video of their casting session with critique and a Jack Dennis instructional casting DVD valued at $45. Limited enrollment, not suitable for beginners. Bring your own rod and reel. Fee $75.
10:30a-4:30p Continuous on the Half-hour FLY CASTING CLINICS, VARIOUS SKILL LEVELS: Throughout the show, one hour casting clinics will be held by professional casting instructors for Beginners, Youth, Parent & Child, Women and in the specialty areas of Power Casting and Precision Casting. Participants bring their own rods or rent from a limited number of outfits. Fee $35.
