we plan on being there too! may have room for 1 HO. I run an old 23' seacraft. Have been fishing it offshore for about 10yrs. now.

We'll be there. I'm excited. Going out of HI to 230-280 or 300 I suppose. Sure would be nice to put in at OI, but that extra boatride may suck. Going to try not to screw it up this time. Last year, at about this exact same time, everybody went out of OI and I had the bright idea to go out of HI (the BFT's were up to the 400-500 as I recall). It sucked. Everybody there was in calm water catching BFT's, while we got stuck in 8-10 ft seas at about the 280. Got some great video of the high seas though; we went over some waves and thru others. It was amazing how rough it was compared to where the BFT's were just a few miles away. We loaded up the boat with tilefish though, bobbing up and down in those 8 foot swells.

i will be there at teachs what time will yall be leaving the dock. i can buddy boat with somebody. i will be in a 25 grady pulling it with a black duramax. thanks paul

we tore em up went 9 for 10.....the kill fish was 67 inches 175 pounds......big fatty lotsa shoulders on him.......also managed a dink mako that got off right at the transom......a banner day as i type this with sore arms.....try the 270 that's where we left em eatin....hope this helps
