just wondering what tfers think about bill673 which would make fishing and hunting license free to all vererans

The more free stuff to veterans, the better. A thankless profession that is wayyyy under paid.
Support the troops.

Not having served in our armed services, I believe it is a good bill.
However, I doubt the state will adopt it given the loss of revenue that will ensue. It is sponsored by republicans and blue dogs so it will likely get killed.
Dont ever expect anything good to come from the MD state house as long as it is being run by the radical left-wingers.

As a veteran, I don't support it. I'm not looking for a handout. Now, if it applied to only disabled veterans, I would be more sympathetic to it.

Don't hold me to it - I think Md allows active duty to fish for free.
I also think diasabled folks get either free or reduced license.
I think it is a good idea.

I agree with Bill, I'm a vetern and I'm not hunting for handouts either. But I do agree with disabled and active military getting a break.
