Has anyone tried the pond at oregon inlet yet. It usually holds some puppys this time of year.

Cant report on the pond, but did take the boat out for a quick spin this evening just to run her. As I was coming back into Nags Head Cove I saw the first finger mullet of the year!!! My guess is that the pups are right on their heels...

too early ,water still too cold.the fish go in there to warm up.also best on falling tide
