There's a picture of one of those in use by a Swedish girl that is traveling around the perimeter of the US. She tows her kayak behind her on a bicycle when there's no water. On the URL below there will be a Photos section on the left side of the screen. Click on the right arrowhead a few times and the pictures will come up showing the trailer in use.
