ok, the ramp is still open at whatis now the Port Royal Restaurant. $10 charge. Hopyard Farm boat ramp is not to far away, and it's free. There is a gas station about2 minutes away where you can get worms, byut that is about it. There is an Exxon on 17 right next to Hick Landng that has a little more to offer. The tackle and bait shop closed up, and that is now the Port Royal Restaraunt. I was out there on Sunday and the only thing I caught was about 20 or so 1 to 3 pound catfish.

If you use the ramp at the restaurant that caveyhit mentioned and your boat has moderate weight to it, make sure you have a stout tow vehicle. That is one of the longest and steepest ramps I've ever used.

What depth are you finding the perch in?
Thanks,

They're catchin them in a few feet of water all the way up the Susky for 2 weeks so you guys should be able to catch them in knee deep water.Grass shrimp & bloods are the best baits up here.
