Dove Club

Recently moved up here from Charleston SC. Looking for any info on some dove shoot'n around VA Beach/Pungo or even NC. Would be interested in joining club/helping prepare field or just help out with some expenses. I have a 15 y/o son and both of us love to shoot them dove birds. Thanks, Chip

Dont really know of any clubs down here for that, but there are some pay fields around Back Bay and Muddy Creek road that charge for the day, shoot over corn and sunflower fields

There's a farm on Land o Promise and Blackwater road that hosts a hunt every year. Usually charge 15 bucks for the day.

In my opinion the dove hunting in Va beach has gone down hill in the past couple of years. there used to be so many birds that an ok shot could limit out in less than an hour. it takes a full day to get 3 or 4 now. I didnt even bother to go last year. if you like bird hunting I suggest some of the game farms in the area
