Longtime National Capital Chapter member and past president, Bill Horn, has fished extensively for Tarpon, Bonefish, and Permit in the Florida Keys and Bahamas. Bill has caught all three species in the same day (twice in 2009) - a coveted Grand Slam! Bill will share his when-where- and- how tactics for enticing these fish at our April meeting. Meeting Raffle prizes include Bill's own fly patterns.
Location: Our monthly meetings are open to the public at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Center in downtown Bethesda. Doors open at 7:15p for socializing. The meeting starts about 8:00p and usually ends about 9:30p. Join us for dinner with our speaker at 5:30p at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant.
