Seeing quite a few on 64 in Henrico Co. to and fro work. Been dry though. Love to mix it with some spot fishing. Won't be long before we have some Northumberland Co. surf and turf. Sept. 3.

Seem to be scattered around Maryland's part of the eastern shore.
I've been bumping into them while quail scouting..

Have seen some on the lower eastern shore of virginia over cut feilds and near sand pits. Glad to see the post. We should have a TF shoot somewhere. Any interest?

I would be up for that if someone had a place. I know several from the Freshwater board that would come. If you have a place, let me know, I don't mind pay to hunt.

I am seeing some good flocks of doves on the family farm in Charles City, they are flocks of 10 -15, they must be migratory birds. Last season was good. Even though I had a broken foot I was still tearing them up with an Ithaca 37 I bought used. It has a modified barrel and hits em hard. I look forward to it.
September is a good month, October is better because of bow season and November is darn good with the rut and blackpowder!

Lots of doves on the wire down on the ESVA. Can't wait, saw a large group of quail also, won't be long....
