Anyone cathing croakers in the York river yet?:confused:

A family member of mine is down at our place this week and has fished off the pier and caught anywhere from 6-10 keeper size fish in an hour or 2. Last week 6-8 lb catfish were coming in right off the pier. I'm anxious to get the boat in the water and give it a try! We are near Croaker Landing

Thanks 34andup, I know somebody has to be catching some croakers at West Point by now.

Caught about 40 . 13 to 14 inches . Across from croaker landing sat.

Went fishing today and caught 20 croaker between 12 and 15 inches.

I went fishing yesterday afternoon near #10 on the Rappahannock... No croakers but I could've filled a cooler with all the catfish!

The CROAKS are in the YORK some running 2 pounds just off Tuckers Beach,,gonna get better everyday

Well Big Al tell us all !I was checking out the ramp situation at Croaker landing a few weeks ago and looked like people on that little pier were doing pretty good.would relly like to know where tuckers beach is as we come from Carolina and dont get up there too often.
