Need recommendations for a boat blind that will fit a 16" Carolina Skiff Center Console

Here's the one my brother made for his 18' Lowe. It's awesome, keeps out the rain, the wind, and the birds don't even notice it!

a friend of mine has a 16 foot skiff and he built a frame around the outside of it, and then shrink wrapped it, leaving a hole open in the middle. then he used some fake grass or something and zip tied it on. he uses it for sea duck hunting and it keeps the wind down alot
